Payment

Overview

All pricing information is publicly available here: pricing. The price you will pay for TasteHit is based on the number of monthly unique visitors you get on your shop.

To make it easy for you to try TasteHit, we offer you a free trial month. During this month, you can test and use TasteHit for free and we won't ask you for your credit card credentials. Towards the end of this month, we will send you an email to ask you to setup your payment account. The first charge will come at the beginning of the third month, charging you for your second month of usage.

There are two ways in which you can pay for TasteHit services:

  • SEPA transfer if you are in the European union. This is currently in development and will be available soon in your profile.

  • Credit card payment via Stripe. Stripe is our partner for credit card payments. They help us offer a secure and simple payment interface. Paying via stripe is described in the following section describes how to setup payment.

Setting up Stripe payments

To setup your payment credentials, please login to to your TasteHit dashboard and go to your profile. Scroll-down below the javascript tag and find this Credit card information block:

Just like in the picture above, if you haven't setup your credit card information, a red dialog box will say "No payment method has yet been set up.". Click on the the orange Save your credit card information button. The following screen will appear:

Create stripe profile

Enter an email we can reach you at and the address corresponding to the credit card you will use in the next screen. Click on Payment info and get to the following screen:

Enter your credit card information and click on Save. Your payment credentials are now registered and will be redirected to the profile page. You should now see this on your profile:

An email will be sent to you at the beginning of each month (starting after the second month of usage) giving you details about the payment for the previous month. If you want to change your credit card information, you should can reenter your payment information by clicking on the Save your credit card information button.

To cancel your account please send us an email and we will be in touch with you shortly.
